The newsletter exists to document the work taking place across the SICC network and provide context around the coffees we source, the farms and communities we work with, and the research we undertake. Through field observations, harvest updates, species records, cultivation projects, and infrastructure developments, it serves as an ongoing record of coffee in practice. More than a marketing channel, it is intended as a publication that connects cultivation, research, and trade while building a long-term archive of the people, places, and ideas shaping the future of coffee.
